We will work on this together after we determine the number of sessions and how we will customize for you and your team.

The idea was to create space in your schedule to work on your leadership...but our days are crazy busy and full of other commitments that must get done.  But you gotta eat so why not work on your leadership while you do? Of course, we don't have to schedule your workshop at lunch time. Whatever works for you.

Nope. We will be reviewing lessons in that book but it is not a requirement that you buy it. Of course if you want to, I will have copies available for sale or you can get it on Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
